Born in the wagon of a travelin’ show, Remy ran away from a high flying career in the circus (no really) after performing in the ceremonies of the 2012 olympics to pursue his passion of filmmaking. This love and familiarity for acrobatic movement is baked into his directorial style. He believes that movement is at the core of engaging visuals and universally effective storytelling, transcending the barriers of spoken language. After all, they’re called the Movies, not the Stillies. He has worked all over the world from Ethiopia to Ealing, telling a wide spectrum of stories from charity docs with far flung NGO’s to commercials for high-street brands. This breath of experience helps him maintain the human and the personal even when working on large brand campaigns. Recent work includes shooting TVC’s for TkMaxx and OET Languages
