August Round Up

August might mean Aperol spritz and sandy beaches for some, but not for us. We swapped flip-flops for tripods and SPF for ND filters. Our month was all about rolling cameras, creating content, and collaborating with brilliant people. Here’s how it went down:

Cooking Up Chaos with Very Lazy

We started the month hot with our new TVC for Very Lazy. Enter Vera: bold, noisy, and unapologetically full of flavour. Basically, if garlic cloves could shout, this would be their vibe.

With Finn Comms, the Nott Brothers, and the FP crew, we went from script to screen in three weeks flat. Sleepless? A bit. Worth it? Absolutely.

Sun, Skin, and CGI for Hawaiian Tropic

Who needs plane tickets when you’ve got CGI? With The Pull Agency, we’ve been busy crafting vibrant product assets for Hawaiian Tropic. Think sun, palm leaves, and ingredients that pop! (The only thing missing was the smell of coconut oil.)

Modular Magic with PF Modular

Next up: a brand new partnership with PF Modular. They build entire buildings off-site and piece them together like Lego. For LeAF Studio School in Bournemouth, they created a gym, classrooms, and a sixth form hub, all assembled in just a week.

We captured it all. It’s the kind of project that makes you think: yep, construction really can change communities.

70 Years of Diverse Abilities

Diverse Abilities turned 70 this year, and we had the privilege of making two films for their Gala Ball:

  • Simon’s Story: 50+ years with the charity, from school days at Langside to supported living today. It’s heartwarming, it’s human, and it made us cry on the edit suite.
  • Fund a Nurses’ Film: a spotlight on the care teams who make a life-changing difference every single day. Heroes… no capes required.

Double Trouble with AF Oliver

Two projects. Back-to-back.

Bloor Homes: four days, three cities, countless camera batteries. We got it done, and it looks fresh.

Fairview New Homes: lifestyle vibes in Ealing. Two actors, one city, and a love story that ends in a dream home.

“I'm just looking at all the footage as we speak. All perfect and nicely considered. We are so happy to partner with you with production. We are like-minded and care about what we do. And all accomplished with an air of fun and positivity. Thanks, team, the client will love this.”

What’s Next

August was a sprint: stacked projects, new faces, old friends, and plenty of laughs. But here’s the thing, we’re not slowing down. More films are already rolling, and we can’t wait to share what’s cooking. Stay tuned.
